Become a Howard Lock Consulting Associate

We are always looking for first-class, experienced consultants who can fill our clients demanding needs in the contracting space.

We work extremely hard to match consultants to contract roles our consultancy clients and recruitment partners provide us with. Typical rates are £450 - £650 per day; nearly all are Outside IR35.

We get roles in a huge variety of sectors including Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, Government, Utilities (electricity/water/gas), Telco/Fibre, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Law Enforcement, Fintech, Logistics and Shipping.

From One Consultant to Another

We support all our consultants and candidates as much as possible during the recruitment/engagement lifecycle; that's why we set up our Associate programme. Being a Howard Lock Consulting Associate simply means you are 'open' to contract/freelance work.

As an Associate, you will get preferential treatment - when a new contract role comes in, we will always reach out to our Associates first which is one of the key member benefits.

We continue to push and pioneer the Business Analysis as a Service (BAaaS) model and believe this is the flexible engagement and resourcing model of the future.

If you are open to contract/freelance work, we would be delighted if you join our Associate family.
